Once in a lifetime experience combining tremendous views, abundant biodiversity and luxurious comfort. The casitas are stunning, the food is out of this world and every activity is created with true care and attention to detail. The staff are incredible. Genuinely incredible. They are chatty, smily, friendly and kind. You feel incredibly welcome in every interaction whilst put at ease by how warm they are. What an incredible experience that we are very, very thankful for.
I’ve spent nearly two hours trying to write this review and stopped when I realized my draft could be published as a full-length novel. To save time, I would summarize that this property is amazing, but the true standout is the team that takes care of you from the time you book your reservation to departure. World-class service isn't just about what happens at the resort, it's about how they treat people. We had a complicated situation that prevented us from traveling, and the management team at Hacienda AltaGracia handled it with more compassion and integrity than we ever expected. They are truly a class act. If you want to stay somewhere that actually values its guests, look no further. We will definitely be booking here in the future!
To start off, everything here was amazing and executed to perfection. From the food that was served whenever you wanted it, to the experiences offered here, there just was never anything that wouldn't either be the best thing you've ever eaten or the most mind blowing and adventurous activity ever. We had such an immaculate time here and hope to come back very soon. Also, all the credit in the world goes to the staff. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful making it really feel as if we where all one big family. The servers that brought our food every meal where the kindest and most helpful me and my family have ever had. Our compas Kevin and Marco where so extremely polite and kind, there whenever we needed them. I thank the whole Hacienda AltaGracia staff for making this such a memorable and fun experience and I look forward to seeing all of you again.
